JOB SUMMARY: This is a Revenue Specialist II position in the Department of Revenues Child Support Program IDN/Medical Process in the Lakeland Service Site. The incumbent will provide quality customer service and safeguard confidential information. Access and update information in the Child Support system. Initiate and respond to requests, coordinate with internal and external partners, research and resolve case issues and gather information. Interview customers face to face and/or over the telephone. Interact with customers, legal services providers, other states, employers and other business partners. Make decisions based on case information and documentation provided.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue;
Experience processing information using a computer system;
Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions; *
Two years of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of gathering information; *
High School Diploma or equivalent.
